2024 Kinder

Registration

Our Kindergarten Program caters to children 5-6 years of age using the Abeka and Horizon Curriculums. Parents are required to help volunteer their time to prep supplies for the classroom (this can be done from the comfort of your home) or help with another activity throughout the school year- this allows for the program to be considered a co-op program within the homeschool requirements. Parents volunteering inside the classroom will be required to complete a fingerprint background check (this fee will be refunded to you if you provide a receipt). Kindergarten is a full day program of learning, exploring and playing. Children will be served all meals during scheduled times while in care. Children will follow a regular schedule to include a quiet period after lunch. Children will participate daily in outside play (weather permitting), music, art and physical education activities. Children will have class from 8:45 am-3:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Children will receive a transcript from the Abeka and Horizon Curriculum showing attendance, behavior, and grades at the end of your child’s program or withdrawal date. Quarterly Report cards will be given and 3 teacher assessments performed annually. Parents may request a parent-teacher conference at any time to go over their childs learning needs and successes.
