To register your child please click on the Learn More/Register button to the right and send a Registration/Info Request with your child’s information or feel free to call or text me, Crystal Payne @ 915-383-0666 for more information. After applying to the link on the right, you will receive an email verifying you are on the waitlist for care. When an opening becomes available you will receive a call or text to set up an interview/orientation. All parents or legal guardians should be present for the interview/orientation if possible so that there is no misinformation or confusion regarding policies and any questions or concerns that may be discussed prior to starting care. If the director and parents both agree that it will be a good fit, parents will fill out the paperwork provided during the interview and be directed back online to ProCare to complete their child’s registration. Once you have completed all paperwork you will be required to scan and email it or drop it off in person along with a copy of your child’s up-to-date immunization records and a physical signed by your child’s pediatrician within the last 30 days. Children may not start care if paperwork is not completed, and must have a current up-to-date copy of the shot records. Payment information must be set up inside your child’s account through ProCare.
